Today I had a language exchange with a Japanese speaker and we used a mixture of English and Japanese. I felt so much more confident when he complimented my pronunciation, but the hardest part of it was putting together a sentence in real-time without the luxury of texting and being able to think about it. It was a good experience, though!

Finished part one of Bookworm. That‘s 72 chapters, 1.946 iPad-sized pages, ~10% of the entire series done, 215 custom flashcards (so far) and 1 day and 18 hours logged on Nativshark (first 14 chapters were before the immersion tracker). I’m really proud of myself for sticking to one chapter a day since February almost every day even with starting a new job. Making numbers go up has never been more fun!
